Bespoke Fire Doors
When standard fire door sets do not meet the requirements of your project, Platinum Fire Protection Ltd offers a fully bespoke design and installation service — combining fire performance with architectural intent.
Fire Performance Without Compromise on Design
A bespoke fire door is not simply a standard door in a non-standard size. It is a precisely engineered assembly — door leaf, frame, seals, glazing, hardware and ironmongery — each component selected and installed to work together within the parameters of the door's certification.
We work closely with clients, architects, main contractors and interior designers to specify fire doors that satisfy both the fire strategy and the design brief. Whether the requirement is for a contemporary flush door in a high-end residential development, a traditional panelled door in a period conversion, or an oversized double-leaf set in a commercial building, we have the expertise to deliver.
All bespoke fire doors supplied and installed by Platinum Fire Protection Ltd are manufactured to meet the relevant fire door certification requirements. Any design choices — including glazing, finishes and ironmongery — are specified within the certified parameters of the door, ensuring that aesthetics never come at the expense of fire performance.
Certification Note
All bespoke fire doors are supplied and installed to meet the relevant fire door certification requirements. Any modifications to a certified door — including glazing, finishes, hardware and ironmongery — must remain within the parameters of that door's certification. We will advise on what is and is not permissible for each specification.
